The company was formed to assist common interest communities in every aspect of managing their community. Condo Specialties, Inc., is just what the name implies, we specialize in the needs of condos and related common interest communities. Our company is made up of four (4) distinct sections all operated by skilled seasoned licensed staff. Our principals have between (the both) of them almost sixty (60) years of property management; combined with extensive knowledge in the operations, administration and most importantly the maintenance of residential communities, especially hi-rise.

We are available to any community condo or otherwise to assist in any aspect of the community you may feel we are required in. We have divided our services into four basic groups which are outlined below; feel free to contact us with any questions or comments.

This is our industry specific resume/job bank, this is a national service with occasional international job postings.

The Employee:

The bank is free to post your resume or apply for any position you are qualified for. Please feel free to apply with any company or position regardless of the date of posting, our companies welcome your resume anytime. Please apply for Association positions based on the 90 day posting period.

The Association:

We have a 90 day posting period, during which time you may post as many positions as you wish to post, you may review up to ten resumes, all for a very nominal fee.

The Company:

For an annual membership fee (very nominal) any primary company (sub companies must also have a membership) may post unlimited positions from any of the 125+ positions listed, may review unlimited resumes with full contact information for a period of one year (12 months), you may for a small fee become a featured employer, we can add your company logo to the front page for a fee and we can do an emergency broadcast to our entire data base or just your state to quickly fill that vacant position.

Life time membership

We do offer a life time membership to any Primary Company or Association, for $3500 we will provide you unlimited job postings, unlimited resume reviews with complete contact information, logo on the front page, one free broadcast per year... forever.

This is our consulting and education site and the services we provide; use us one time or on a scheduled bases. We provide a wide range of consulting services including but not limited to Site specific Preventive Maintenance programs, reserve budget analysis, site evaluations of various types, Insurance documentation on DVD, and much more....

Our classes include HVAC-R classes, EPA certification, NATE certification, Mold Identification, and many more courses....

This is our community management site. We do offer property management but with a twist, you get to keep your staff, you control your funds, you have more input into your community and you have outstanding resources to pull from.... us!

It is a fixed fee agreement, you pay the same fee each month, you may cancell at any time without the typical 30 days to remedy, you keep your staff, banks, and sanity.

We provide our format of property management entitled "ABSOLUTE" property management. We provide services to Associations that have on site staff and the assets and goals to properly maintain their community and provide a lifestyle to which the homeowners are entitled to.

WE DO NOT DO PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT, smaller communities may wish to avail themselves to our consulting services.
